Greg Gilbert, Broker
For over 20 years, I have been involved in the commercial and residential real estate sectors. Over that time, I, along with business partners, have successfully developed numerous residential and multi-family projects throughout the Southeast. As a graduate of the University Tennessee at Knoxville, I received a double major in Real Estate Finance and Psychology, and in 2001, earned my Tennessee Real Estate Brokers license. I have been active in multiple markets spanning East Tennessee, Georgia, North and South Carolina, and Florida.
In my spare time, I am the proud father to Emma, and step-father to Macy and Olivia, and am a member of the Board of Directors for SEEED, a green community development non-profit focusing on creating and sustaining jobs for Knoxville’s urban young people.

Christine Chenot Gilbert, REALTOR®
My original background was in property management and corporate housing. After staying home raising my beautiful girls for several years, I re-entered the workforce. First, I joined a non-profit organization that provided services to adults with disabilities. Then, I landed the most awesome position as Director of Sales at a Hilton brand hotel. After moving to Knoxville, I continued in hospitality, then decided to follow my dream to become a top real estate agent. I always promised my girls that no matter what I do as a profession, I will always strive to make a difference in the lives of others. Making my girls so proud of their mom is paramount. Doing the right thing, all the time, is the only way I know.
Relocation is my specialty, and I’m excited to share this passion with my clients. Through my experience in hospitality and tourism, I have grown to know more about Knoxville than even native Knoxvilleans!
In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering in the community, with such organizations as Knox Area Rescue Ministries and Concord Christian School, and am a past board member of Alzheimer’s Tennessee.
